防大巨蛋第二！　捷運沿線建案「敏感區」環評

大巨蛋興建一度造成捷運板南線結構受損，避免類似情況再發生，台北市環保局要求未來建物只要距離捷運50公尺內，得多進行「敏感區」環評，其實捷運沿線的房子本來捷運公司就會針對捷運安全事先進行審查，但環保局認為頻率不夠，透過環評二次審查更有保障，新規定最快一個星期會進行公告。

台北市長柯文哲今年4月21日接受訪問表示：「大巨蛋影響古蹟是一回事，影響到南港線問題更大。」不只一次，口頭提到怕大巨蛋搞垮板南線，柯市長的擔心環保局聽到了，不讓類似工程影響捷運結構情形再發生，宣布要制定新條款，未來建商想在捷運周邊蓋新建物要注意。

北市環保局副局長蔡玲儀說道：「建商現在做的是這一棟，這棟大樓是24層樓，送來環評委員就發現說，你都沒有交代清楚，整個施工對捷運會不會造成影響。」舉位在中正區臨沂段的這個新建案為例，距離捷運板南線最近距離11公尺，現在雜草重生的土地，要蓋24層樓的住宅大樓得本來就得經過環評，以往只要捷運公司審查即可，北市環保局要求，以後還得經過環保局環評也就是二次審查，除了環保署訂定的建物敏感區標準，面對捷運路網遍布的台北市要增列「捷運禁限範圍」環評，只要新建案距離捷運50公尺內都得二次審查。

新規定預計一星期內公告，北市環保局副局長蔡玲儀表示：「把在施工中，比如做連續壁的時候是不是對整個捷運的呈現，等等造成影響，未來會有怎樣一個監測作為都必須提給環評委員來審查。」不回朔舊建案，因此已蓋好建物不受影響，不讓大巨蛋問題重演危害捷運安全環保局態度硬起來。
