防堵塑化劑！明年6月塑膠食器全面納標

【華人健康網記者黃曼瑩／台北報導】擔心吃進塑化劑嗎？最快明年6月起，所有塑膠食器均須強制標示，包括便利商店購買的隨手含塑膠蓋的咖啡，或附有塑膠蓋的免洗杯，以及附有塑膠蓋的不鏽鋼碗、有塑膠蓋的玻璃保溫盒、美耐皿筷等所有塑膠食器，統統都要強制標示品名、材質名稱，以及耐熱溫度等事項，違者最重罰300萬元。

附有塑膠蓋的不鏽鋼碗、有塑膠蓋的玻璃保溫盒等食器，最快明年6月起強制納標。

為保障消費者知的權利，衛生福利部規劃依食品安全衛生管理法第26條預告修正「應標示之食品器具、食品容器或包裝品項」草案，同時預告公告「食品器具、食品容器或包裝應標示之事項」草案，全面要求食品接觸面含有塑膠材質的食品容器具或包裝，將應標示其材質名稱、耐熱溫度及重複性或一次使用等資訊，以利消費者正確使用。

包括小吃店、夜市使用的塑膠袋、附塑膠蓋免洗杯等都已納管，草案新增使用塑膠蓋的不鏽鋼碗、美耐皿筷，以及夜市攤販常用有塑膠淋膜塗層的紙袋等，最快明年6月起須標示材質、耐熱溫度和重複使用或一次使用等資訊，違者罰3萬至300萬元，如耐熱溫度等標示不實，則罰4萬至400萬元。

舉例來說，如為重複使用的塑膠碗，食器本體須打印材質、耐熱溫度等資訊，並註明「勿與高油脂且高溫的食品直接接觸」警語，提醒消費者留意。由於強制標示產品資訊或警語是針對塑膠食器的製造業者，一次性使用的塑膠食器只要標示在大量購進大包裝的外袋即可，所以，新制實施後，若到夜市購買內含塑膠膜的紙袋裝的單一包鹽酥雞，並不會看到強制標示資訊。

食藥署表示，雨草案預計年底公告，會給業者半年緩衝期，最快明年6月實施。

最快明年2016年6月起，所有塑膠食器均須強制標示。
