防失蹤：抱走、走失及誘拐

預防孩子走失有3招

第1招、教孩子記住基本資訊

爸媽應該教會孩子可以說出自己名字、爸媽姓名以及家中電話。林月琴執行長說，曾有一位孩子在走失的第一時間被專櫃小姐發現了，但卻被一名自稱是孩子阿姨的女性帶走。倘若此時孩子知道爸媽名字或電話，便可藉此向這位女性核對資訊，以確認是否為孩子的親友。

讓孩子知道這些基本資訊的功用在於若走丟的孩子被善心人士發現，需要電話號碼與爸媽聯絡。或是孩子被歹徒綁架，也需要以電話作為聯繫；倘若歹徒不知道電話，而孩子又哭鬧不安，難保歹徒會做出什麼動作。

第2招、避免在明顯處標示姓名

根據失蹤兒童少年資料管理中心資料顯示，截至今年2015年4月，共處理1,751起失蹤兒童少年協尋案件，被他人誘拐的件數占兒童失蹤原因的1成1，顯示每10名失蹤的兒童就有超過1位是因為他人誘拐失蹤而陷入危險之中。

為了保護孩子，避免在孩子的水壺、書包…等隨身物品的明顯處標示名字，否則一旦有心人從這些物品上知道孩子名字，就有可能假裝是熟人呼喊孩子，讓他人以為兩人熟識，增加孩子身處危險的機會。如果真的需要分辨書包或衣物的所有者，應該將名字標記在物品的內側，避免直接曝露個人資訊。

雖然林月琴執行長建議爸媽不要將孩子名字隨意露出在外，但她也提到可使用預防失智老人走失機制，讓孩子戴上註明姓名與地址的手鍊，以便孩子走失時遇到善心人士能夠即時連絡爸媽。

第3招、教育人身安全知識

在日常生活之中，爸媽應該詢問孩子「如果走失了，怎麼辦？」從孩子回答之中，理解孩子想法。再與孩子實境演練，從模擬情境之中，告訴孩子爸媽期待他做出的正確反應。並要求孩子若與爸媽走散，只要留在原地不亂跑，爸媽一定會回來找他，或是可以找穿著保全制服的人或服務台尋求協助。時常教育孩子關於人身安全的知識，讓孩子在遭遇到與爸媽失散狀況時，也能及時保護自己與分辨危機的能力。
